    All cheesecakes are made fresh to order. They can be served at room temperature or warmed by heating in microwave. They can either be served by the individual slice or as a whole cheesecake. They also can be served as an appetizer with crackers / sliced bread and fruit. When heating per slice, heat for 30 seconds to a minute depending on microwave strength. After heating the cheesecake, it will have a softer consistency (less firm) but the cheese flavor is enhanced. If serving a group, wrap in aluminum foil and heat at low temperature for 20-30 minutes. They also can be frozen for up to 6 months. Serves 8-12.
